“User” / “Clinic” – Any healthcare professional, clinic, or authorized staff using the myhear.in platform.
“Services” – The software, website, tools, and features provided by myhear.in for clinic management.
“Patient Data” – Personal, health-related, and clinical records inputted into the software.
“Content” – Any information, documents, or files uploaded, shared, or processed through the platform.
2. Eligibility
Services are available only to licensed clinics, practitioners, or authorized healthcare professionals.
By using the platform, you confirm that you are authorized to manage patient records and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the software solely for lawful clinical and administrative purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and activities conducted under your account.
You must not misuse the software, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may harm the platform.
4. Patient Data & Privacy
Clinics remain the owners and controllers of their patient data.
myhear.in acts as a data processor, providing secure storage and management services.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary patient consents before uploading health information.

5. Subscription & Payments
Some Services may require subscription fees. Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase.
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and software code of myhear.in are our exclusive property.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your clinic’s operations.
You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics).
We are not liable for actions or failures of third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
myhear.in is a software provider and does not provide medical advice or replace clinical judgment.
We are not liable for:
Errors in clinical data entered by Users
Losses due to misuse, unauthorized access, or system downtime
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in unlawful activities.
Upon termination, you may request a copy of your patient data within 30 days.
11. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with applicable healthcare, data protection, and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, or relevant local regulations).
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the software complies with professional and legal obligations.
12. Changes to Terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Odisha.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
